Dana Evan has served on our Board of Directors since December 2011. Since 2013, Dana has served as a Venture Partner at Icon Ventures and since 2007, she has invested in and served on the boards of directors in the internet, technology and media sectors. From May 1996 until July 2007, Dana served as CFO of VeriSign, Inc., a provider of intelligent infrastructure services for the internet and telecommunications networks. Dana currently serves on the boards of directors of Farfetch Limited, SVMK Inc. (Survey Monkey), Domo, Inc. and Proofpoint. On April 4, 2019, it was announced that Dana was selected as Director of the Year by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University and is a certified public accountant.

Dana was selected to serve on our board of directors because of her experience in operations, strategy, accounting, financial management and investor relations at both publicly and privately held technology companies.
